The following is a list of choices which represent the cost of our services. They may or may not include the casket or container required for visitation or viewing, burial, entombment or cremation. You are in no way limited to these service options. You may itemize services in order to select only those which are right for you.
Basic Burial Package Same Day Visitation & Service	$4,995.00
Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
This package includes the basic services of the funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the deceased, use of the facilities and staff for visitation two hours followed immediately by a funeral service on the same day at the funeral home, local removal from the place of death, transfer to a local cemetery, selection from one of five colors of a 20 ga. steel caskets from the "Apollo" line, 100 prayer cards,50 acknowledgment cards, and a register book. This package does not include cemetery or crematory fees,an Outer Burial Container, newspaper notices, certified copies of the death certificate, clergy honorarium, sales tax, or any other cash advance items you may request which are not listed. The following casket is included: Apollo Silver.
Sunset Burial Package	$4,297.00
Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
The Sunset Funeral service is a service that is scheduled between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. This package includes the services of the funeral director and staff, embalming, other preparation of the deceased, local removal from the place of death and transfer to a local cemetery the next working day, 100 prayer cards, 50 acknowledgement cards, register book, choice of one of five colors of a 20 ga. steel caskets from the "Apollo" line. This package does not include certified copies of the death certificate, cash advances or other charges such as newspaper notices, cemetery or crematory charges, outer burial container, clergy honorarium, sales tax, etc. The following casket is included: Apollo Silver.
Direct Burial Package	$2,345.00
Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
This direct burial services includes the limited services of the funeral director and staff, arrangement conference, obtaining a signed death certificate, removal from the place of death within 30 miles of the funeral home, other preparation of the deceased and transfer to a local cemetery within 48 hours of the time of death. This service does not include certified copies of the death certificate, casket, burial vault, sales tax, cemetery charges, newspaper notices or any other cash advance items, services or merchandise you may request.
Green Burial	$2,345.00
Pre-Plan Online or Make Arrangements
This service includes the limited services of the funeral director and staff, arrangement conference, removal from the place of death within 30 miles of the funeral home, other preparation of the deceased for burial, transfer to a local cemetery within 30 miles of the funeral home, within 48 hours from the time of death. This services does not include a casket which meets the requirements for a Green Burial, certified copies of the death certificate, newspaper notices, cemetery charges or any other services, merchandise or cash advance items you may request.
